With “Vehicles Claims Services PLUS”, the user of the vehicle simply calls our free 24 h hotline immediately in case of an accident. That is all you have to do! As soon as we have the information required for processing the damage event, we will take care of all the rest – including:
- Collection of vehicle and provision of replacement car
- Repair of the vehicle with 3-year warranty
- Use of original spare parts in accordance with vehicle specifications of the manufacturer
We currently cooperate with more than 1,000 domestic rental car stations and qualified specialist garages for damage repair, which are capable of executing all required repairs of the vehicle in a professional manner and on short notice.
OPTIMAL QUALITY PERFORMANCE AT LOWER PRICES
The garages we cooperate with are subject to high quality standards and are examined on a regular basis. After receiving the notification of damage by phone, they will contract the user of the vehicle as soon as possible anywhere in Europe. Following arrangements, the vehicle will be collected at its current location free of charge, a replacement car will be provided, if needed, and a cost estimate will be prepared within 24 hours, including photographs (after the vehicle has been transported to the specialist garage). After release, repairs will be carried out in accordance with vehicle specifications of the manufacturer using original spare parts, subsequently, the vehicle will be cleaned. On a nationwide average, the hourly rates of the cooperating garages are at least equal to the respective usual average hourly rate of DEKRA.
